Goods sold are not returnable or refundable unless you received an incorrect item(s)

Please note that term of "incorrect item" does not include subjective reasons such as dimension is not what customer expected (as item dimension is subjective with a +/- measurement), not up to expectation and changing mind.

Please take note that some of the item(s) purchased are PreOwned and details pictures of conditions are already shown in our website, please go through it thoroughly before purchasing as we do not accept returns.

However for wrong items received, kindly whatsapp 0124330090 with details pictures of items wrongly received within 24 hours of receiving the items.

And in the event, if you are not happy with the item(s)purchase , you may Consign the item(s) with us. 

Payment Processing Fees

For any refund requested due to customer purchase errors, including but not limited to incorrect card selection, duplicate payments, or accidental transactions, the original payment processing fees charged by the card issuer or payment gateway are non-refundable. As these fees are imposed on us as the merchant regardless of the refund outcome, the refunded amount will be net of all applicable processing fees.
